Sale of packages
The packages cannot be combined with other discounts, reductions or with the Gewandhausorchester Card or the Leipzig Pass. Reductions for students and schoolchildren do not apply.
Exchange of individual events within a package
Individual events within a package may be exchanged free of charge up to 3 days before the respective concert either by telephone or at the Gewandhaus ticket office. An exchange at the ticket office during the hour preceding any event is not possible. Please note that no refund of a ticket will be granted if the requested replacement concert is sold out. If the ticket is exchanged for a lower price category, a refund of the difference will not be granted.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of a booked package is only possible in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. For cancellations received by 31 January 2025, 25% of the total price will be retained. For cancellations received by 31 March 2025, 50% of the total price will be retained. Refunds will be implemented without exception by bank transfer. Individual concerts within a package may not be cancelled.
