Group Bookings

Special advance booking and reservation conditions for groups of 15 or more people.

Due to the expected dynamic situation in the coming months, ticket sales for the 2021/ 2022 season will take place every two months.

After your written booking request, we will first send you a confirmation of reservation with details of the number of tickets. Your pre-booked contingents will be allocated for the events in:

September and Octoberfrom 16th August 2021
November and Decemberfrom 1st October 2021
January and Februaryfrom 1st December 2021
March and Aprilfrom 1st February 2022
May, June and Julyfrom 1st April 2022

You will then receive a binding offer stating the number of tickets and the price. We will be bound by this offer for 14 days; it will lapse after this period and the tickets will be allocated elsewhere. Please send us the signed offer in due time. Within this 14-day period, you may withdraw from the offer in whole or in part without incurring any costs.

If you accept our offer, we will send you a binding invoice. It is not possible to take back the tickets after the invoice has been issued. After receipt of payment, the tickets will generally be sent to you by post (for a fee).

A contingent withdrawal or reduction free of charge is therefore possible until the binding offer has been signed.

A ticket request during the current season is possible at any time in writing. If we are unable to offer you a contingent, the desired number of tickets or price category immediately, we will be happy to put you on our waiting list and inform you automatically as soon as concert tickets are available again.
