INFORMATION REGARDING TICKET REIMBURSEMENT
GEWANDHAUS PROMOTIONS
Tickets already purchased for GEWANDHAUS-PROMOTED CONCERTS AND EVENTS are subject to reimbursement.
The following options are available to our guests in possession of tickets for GEWANDHAUS-PROMOTED CONCERTS AND EVENTS which were purchased directly from the Gewandhaus (online in the Ticketshgop on the Gewandhaus website, by telephone via the Ticket Hotline or in person from the Gewandhaus Ticket Office):
Vouchers
We hope very much to welcome you back to the Gewandhaus again as soon as possible. We would be very happy to exchange your annulled tickets for a voucher for their full face value, which you can redeem for the purchase of tickets for a future Gewandhaus-promoted concert or event of your choice. Vouchers remain valid for redemption for a period of three years.
Donations
The financial ramifications for the Gewandhaus of the current crisis have already extended far beyond those we could ever have predicted. For this reason, we hope for your understanding when we kindly ask you to consider if it may be possible for you to support us through these precarious times by declining to claim reimbursement of the tickets for the prohibited concert or event in question. Thank you.
Reimbursement
Tickets for GEWANDHAUS-PROMOTED concerts and events can be returned to the Gewandhaus in order to obtain a refund of their full monetary value. Please complete the ticket annulment form linked below and send it to the Gewandhaus Ticket Office, enclosing the tickets in question. Print@home-tickets and E-Tickets do not have to be returned; in such cases, submission of the completed ticket annulment form is sufficient. We will transfer the monetary value of the tickets to the specified bank account as soon as possible.
We kindly request your understanding for the fact that, due to the considerable quantity of ticket annulments, the implementation of your reimbursement may not be completed immediately.

EXTERNAL EVENTS (PRIVATE AND OTHER PROMOTERS OR EVENT ORGANISERS WHO HIRE THE GEWANDHAUS FOR THEIR EVENT)
Ticketholders for non-Gewandhaus-promoted events should inform themselves about the relevant annulment procedure on the website of the promoter in question. Whether non-Gewandhaus-promoted events are to be postponed or cancelled completely can be found in the Online Calendar of the Gewandhaus, provided the promoter has informed us. The Gewandhaus website provides contact details of the promoters in question. In the case of doubt as to whether an event, for which you are in possession of tickets, is a guest promotion, please refer either to the Gewandhaus Online Calendar or the indication on your tickets.
