Conditions and information about the ticket exchange
You cannot attend a concert as planned or you are looking for concert tickets for booked out events? Our ticket exchange offers the opportunity to get in touch with prospective buyers in order to sell, exchange or give away your tickets.
Furthermore the ticket exchange offers a platform for concert tickets, which aren’t available in the regular ticket shop anymore.
The selling offers are cleared by a moderator before being published. The original price printed on your concert tickets must not be exceeded. Offers with a higher selling won’t be published.
Notes for sellers:
The data entered only applies to the respective advertisement and will be deleted automatically after expiration. The Gewandhaus zu Leipzig does not use the data for its own purposes and does not pass them on to third parties. Your personal data will neither be published nor transmitted to prospective buyers. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as a prospective buyer is interested in your offer. The e-mail will provide the contact details of the interested party (e-mail and/or telephone number). The selling process will then take place between you and the interested party.
Information for prospective buyers:
Your personal data will not be published or stored by us. Your contact data will be forwarded to the seller in order to initiate the selling process, as confirmed by you.
